30-day returns on unused items. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition. Return postage is generally the customer's responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Which winter product is worth choosing for my dog?
Choose a rain suit for lighter wet-weather coverage, an insulated snowsuit for extra padded cold-weather coverage, or boots for paw protection. Prices vary by style and size, so compare the displayed price and what's included before you decide. Consider your dog's coat, activity and comfort.
How do I choose a size and introduce the gear?
Use the size chart for the exact item, measure your dog and contact Hello@homanhero.com if measurements fall between sizes. Boot and suit sizes use different measurements. Introduce new clothing and boots during brief, positive indoor sessions, then monitor movement and comfort. Stop if your dog resists or appears uncomfortable.
Is shipping free in Canada, and how long does it take?
Standard shipping within Canada is free according to our Shopify shipping rate. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment and may take up to 20 business days in busy periods. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
What if it doesn't fit or my dog doesn't like it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return request. The item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition received. Return shipping is generally paid by the customer unless an item arrived damaged or defective. Read the full policy before ordering.
