HeroShield is the waterproof rain suit for wet walks and slush. HeroWarm is the padded, insulated snowsuit for colder days. Both cover the body and all four legs while leaving the paws free. Choose for the weather, your dog’s coat and how comfortable they are in clothing.

HeroStep is a set of four individual boots secured at the ankles. HeroStride connects four boots with adjustable suspenders over the back and has longer leg sleeves. Neither style replaces careful sizing: check the fit after a few steps and during the walk.

The Kit includes a HeroCalm Comfort Vest in your chosen size and colour, a HeroHaven snuffle mat and a complimentary HeroQuest snuffle ball. The vest is also available on its own. The mat and ball are for supervised sniff-and-search activities.

No. The vest, suits and boots have different size guides. For a vest or suit, measure chest, neck and back length. For boots, measure every paw’s width and length while your dog is standing; connected boots also need the leg and body measurements shown in their guide. Check the guide for the exact product.

Send us the product name and all relevant measurements before ordering. Don’t choose by breed or weight alone. Front and back paws can differ, and sizes are not interchangeable between products.

Start with a short session indoors and encouragement. Let your dog walk and sit, then check for rubbing, tight areas or restricted movement. Build up gradually and remove the item if your dog seems uncomfortable. Supervise enrichment play and put the mat and ball away afterwards.

Follow the care label for your exact item. Cleaning instructions can differ between the vest, suits, boots and enrichment tools. If the label is missing or unclear, contact us before machine washing or using heat.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition received. Return postage is generally your responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or defective. Check the full return policy before ordering.
