Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your HoomanHero purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at [support@homanhero.com] with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll provide shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Snuffle mats and other enrichment items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
